We are living in very uncertain times, and while covid continues, millions of people are in a health and/or economic crisis and billions are grappling with emotional and mental challenges.
What would it mean to have the emotional and mental wellbeing to flourish, even in challenging circumstances? What if people could, at least, understand and talk about feelings? Cafés are insightful, engaging sessions for people curious about emotional intelligence to connect and learn together.
In this Café we will discover: - What wellbeing really means - How we can move from burnout toward wellbeing - The role of EQ and brain talents for our individual and collective wellbeing
