About The Event
I invite you to join me for a 30-Day Emotional Self-Care Challenge! Each day you will be emailed an instruction for caring for your emotions. It may be simple, or it may be complex, but it usually won’t take more than 15 minutes. By accepting this challenge, you will begin to feel less stressed and anxious over the 30-days.
And make sure to join us live on Zoom every Friday during this challenge, at 11:00 am ET to chat about how your experience is going. This is also your opportunity to meet others taking the challenge and to make social connections! We are all in this together, so let’s BE all in this together.
